Las Palmas was the last home of “Alfredo” (1988-2024) the original creator of Fettuccine Alfredo, introduced to America by him in the 50’s. You'll see photos of some of the celebrities he served in his 35 years in Mexico City, like Marylin Monroe, Frank Sinatra and Jane Mansfield. Today, his daughter, Chef Palma Bellinghieri Anbar, celebrates Alfredo’s dream and makes his vision a reality. It is only one block to the beach, four blocks to the malecon.
